I'm a kimono upcycling creator, Kawamichi. I am working to remake kimono and spread kimono wearing　activities to the world.  Today, I would like to introduce a newsboy-style cap made from yukata.
 Japanese yukata is a type of kimono that was originally worn after taking a bath or as a summer everyday wear. Therefore, the yukata fabric is characterized by its high breathability and high sweat absorption. Taking advantage of that feature, I made a newsboy-style cap from a yukata. My friends who use it have said that it absorbs sweat well, has good breathability, is light and easy to use.
