My neighbour gave me some oysters, so I made a clam chowder.
Clam chowder is often associated with clams. I wasn’t sure if I could make it with oysters, so I looked online to find out what clam chowder was all about.
I found out for the first time that clam chowder is a typical soup dish eaten in the USA. It means a stew made with bivalve shellfish.
I wondered whether oysters are bivalves, so I looked again online and found that oysters are indeed bivalves.

In Japan, buns are not found in shops.
I stopped by a supermarket the other day and saw buns on sale and couldn’t resist buying one.
I made a hamburger for lunch and had it with clam chowder.
