In Japan, on Children’s Day, May 5, it was customary to raise a big celebration flag to pray for the healthy growth of children.

I made a bag with a clasp from Japanese antique big flag that was for child. I bought the piece of antique flag cloth from antique market. So I joined together the small pieces the flag and made the bag.
